Awww wow thats really pretty, i went there the other day, its heaps nice and soo many things to take pics of, pity i didn't have my camera with me at the time.
I look at this pic different after ur comments, id be really curious to see the unedited version. It's such a gorgeous pic, i'd love to know how you went about getting it like that.
Filters used:
Curves, for the overall image
Curves for each channel (red, green, blue) (ie, 4 adjustment layers with curves)
Hue/saturation - tweaked red, green, blue, cyan and magenta
Tweaked exposure
Shadow/highlight filter
Added a basic warming filter
Layer effects used:
2 duplicate layers
One with a gaussian blur and a 6 pixel radius, layer blending mode soft light, ~45%
Next with multiply (softens the edges), much larger gaussian blur at 12 pixels, 5% blend (gives a very very slight poster cut out effect too)
Brushwork:
Manual dodge/burn on each of the layers
Manual eraser on each of the layers

Hi There!
You have just earned yourself an O.D.D. feature ! congrats!
ODDS (oibyrd's daily deviations) are to honor the sometimes overlooked artists of dA that I personally think deserve some exposure and also, to introduce the more popular artists to the new/overlooked deviants. I prefer to showcase ALL artwork that I love (and that includes popular artists) in order to create a non-biased feature of the talent on dA. Please click the link below to see your work featured and to view other featured artists . If you prefer not to be a featured artist, just send me a note and I will remove you from the list. Cheers! A brand new monthly article which showcases some of deviantART's finest equine artists, as well as recognizing the lesser-known but equally talented ones. Interviews, helpful tutorials and features can all be found here too! I hope you enjoy it.
In this article you will find many thumbnails of the sun in different forms, all photography featured here by the club feature-me. Please show your support for these artists and their work and the article so that more people can see their work.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
